7. Termination

DART Freelance Writing Services Limited reserves the right to terminate any contract or agreement with a client if they breach any part of these Terms of Service. In the event of such termination, DART Freelance Writing Services Limited may take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating access to any or all Services, without liability or obligation to refund any fees paid by the client. DART Freelance Writing Services Limited also reserves the right to pursue legal action or seek other remedies as appropriate. You are also accepting that in the event of termination the rights of ownership and any intellectual property rights associated with the project/contract/Service will remain solely with Charlotte Darter/DART Freelance Writing Services Limited in all situations, no exceptions. In the event of termination you will become liable for the full fees of the project and all payments due to DART must be paid within 5 days from the date of written acknowledgment of receipt of termination. A charge of £250 per day past this deadline will be applicable and we reserve the right to charge an interest of 8% on overdue accounts. It is important to note that this document does not supersede any other documents, whether in their entirety or in part, within our Terms and Conditions of Business and General Service Agreement.
